Mr. Nguyen Van Ha – Chairman

Mr. Ha has been the chairman of South Pacific Travel from the beginning. Being in the highest officer of South Pacific, his essential duties are to keep the board organized, informed and on task, though frequently there is some degree of public relations work involved as well. Mr. Ha, with vision has a clear, vivid picture of where to go, as well as a firm grasp on what success looks like and how to achieve it.

Mr. Pham Thanh Hung (Alan) – Director of Sales and Marketing

Alan’s knowledge and involvement in the tourism sector is extensive, having worked in this industry for almost 10 years of experience building new markets, spurring revenue growth, and improving competitive market positioning. Currently being in the role of Sales and Marketing Director, Alan is always the one earliest coming and the latest leaving in the office. He is willing to share his experiences to every co-worker.

Mr. Do Sy Quy – Product Manager

With the roles of Product Manager, Quy is responsible for maintaining the vision of the product, supervising large groups of tour guides and focusing on the benefit of the customers. He not only thinks creatively and logically but also has a strong sense of what value the product brings to South Pacific and our customers.

Ms. Le Thi Huong Tra – Sales Manager

Tra has very good working attitude. She sets up everything very clear and in order. She is the one who makes sure that the things that need to get done do get done, for the good of the company. She is well-organized and cares about what is going on, what should do and how to do effectively. With no doubt, she is a mighty good leader of Inbound Department.

Ms. Laetitia Legrand – French Market Manager

Being born in France but Laetitia has been lived and worked in Vietnam for 15 years. She found the most friendly, most honest, warmest forks anywhere. ‘All of my foreign friends said that Vietnamese people is so kindly and friendly, treat them as if they are in a family and without any doubts’, said Laetitia, ‘So living in Vietnam and working for South Pacific is the most wonderful choice that I have made’.

Hai is our special Sales Executive. She is able to speak many languages including Russian. She is passion for sales and has good sense of negotiation and knows how to maximum the benefits of tourists. She cares about the smallest requirement of tourists. With 5 years working in tourism sector, Tuyet is full of experience. Being a mother, she is sensitive and your kids defiantly will be received the best service and care from her. With her, your trip with family and kids will be perfect.

Ms. Han Tuyet Mai – Sales Executive

Mai is one of our great sale executive. She is careful, patient and nice to people. You may rest assured that you would be received very good care from her. Even you book tour before a year, she still follows up and willing to answer all of your question and requirements.

Ms. Nguyen Thuy Tien – Tour Operations Manager

Being an experienced Tour Operations Manager, Thuy Tien is responsible for organizing and accompanying groups of holiday makers on package tours to a wide variety of Vietnam and overseas locations. She is able to communicate effectively with partners and customers from diverse backgrounds and remain diplomatic when dealing with sensitive issues.

Ms. Hoang Thi Xuan– Tour Operations Executive

With the roles of providing the inputs and expertise in the process of formulating new tour packages, charting new travel itineraries and other kinds of travel promotional events, Xuan is one of our hard-working and experienced Tour Operator. She has a clear understanding of the work and always tries her best to get the job done well.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Ban – Chef Accountant

Ban is definitely honest in dealings with co-workers, company and clients. She maintains clients and partners confidentiality and honor all contracts and agreements. She is not responsible for losses, questionable use of company resources or invalid overtime. She is the one who can be trusted to do the right thing no matter the situation.

Ms. Hoang Thi Hai Hoa – Accountant

Hoa is a good accountant. She delivers what she promises, be honest in her work. She is able to work effectively with partners and clients. In performing accounting duties, she is totally objective, and not let the feelings or biases affect her work.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Thao – Accountant

Thao knows accounting principles and techniques of business management and administration as well as taxation. She has the qualities required of an accountant job situation: punctuality, honesty, confidentiality, and doing the best she can.

Mr. Nguyen Tat Dat – IT Manager

Dat, our IT managers has a good background of IT. He is also a person who takes an idea and inspires other staff. In order for staff to think for themselves, Dat believes that ‘They need to learn, and in order to learn, sometimes they need to make mistakes’. He trusts them, and gives them a fair margin of error.

Mr. Ngo Van Giang – Designer

Giang is our creative designer. He loves his work, always knows how to enjoy it. For him, the never-ending passion and desire keep him in the groove, that how the idea was born. He can be counted to always have his work done right, when it is supposed to be done - it is a foregone conclusion that he will, and no one else has to spend any time worrying about it.

Mr. Nguyen Viet Duc – IT Executive

Being the youngest member of our team, Duc is smart, fast-learner and able to work under high pressure. He has good knowledge of Coding Tools, Programming and Computing in general. With no doubt, our website is perfect with the responsibility and good working of Duc.
