There are 2 places for dancing in Bai chay area, one in Heritage Halong Hotel, the other is Disco 2000, located right besides the beach.
In Hongai area (Halong) there a disco place called Hoan My (beside the Quang Ninh Young Pioneer Palace - Cung Van Hoa Thieu Nhi).
During the day and night time, it is quite easy to find a coffee shops through out Baichay or Hongai area.
