A Respite

“We stayed in the Movenpick several times as we came and went. It started to feel like our home away from home. The rooms are very nicely done and extremely clean. Same for the bathroom. There is a glass wall between the shower and the bedroom however this can be covered by a venetian blind if needed. The bed was very comfortable. The outlets are universal, making it easy to charge up all the batteries at one time. The staff was extremely gracious and greeted us like old friends when we returned. The breakfast buffet is very well done with many options including Vietnamese (pho, dumplings), Chinese (congee), European, American, offering crepes, waffles, freshly made eggs, fresh fruit and smoothies, and all the other usual suspects. We had one dinner in the restaurant which offers Swiss specialties - good but not great. We didn't use the spa and there is no swimming pool, but I don't think we had the time to use one anyway.”
