“Comfort and Atmosphere”

Very good service. Staff ready to accommodate our requests. Historic hotel with colonial Saigon atmosphere. Central and comfortable. Only avoid rooms on the first floor as they are noisy. We asked twice to change rooms and they eventually upgraded us free of charge. Two swimming pools. Is rated as five stars. It has minor difect and in Europe would probably be four stars, but it would cost much much more. Highly reccommended

“rex, felt like next please!”

On arrival, nice surroundings, and nice welcome from the bellboys and staff. You do fill as if they want to tidy you away from the lobby asap.Location is excellent. The rooms initially allocated very uninviting, dated, old and very little, if any, natural light. We were not happy and after a lot of hassle and hardwork, they gave us one very nice room, but the 2nd room was just tolerable, but not really acceptable, The staff were helpful but not obliging or there was an underlying unwillingness to please. Thiis was a 30th Year celebration for one of us couples, but there seemed no gesture to make it special from the hotel.
