Arriving at Noi Bai airport, you will be met and driven to
your hotel. You will have time to relax after your journey. Your overnight

Day 2: Hanoi orientation (B,L)

You will spend the whole day to
discover Hanoi charming ancient capital. Your guide will take you to the Tran
Quoc pagoda, Temple of Literature , the first university in Vietnam dating
back to the 11th century, and a popular attraction, as is Ho Chi Minh's
Mausoleum, his simple stilt house where he lived and worked and the museum
dedicated to his memory, One pillar pagoda. After lunch, you will moved to
Museum of Ethnology . Back to Hoan Kiem lake for experiencing sitting on a cyclo
, the popular mean of transport in Hanoi , enjoying views of what is
happening on the streets of the Old Quarter and then you will have tickets
for a performance of traditional Water Puppetry (an art form unique to
northern Vietnam , and an interesting, light-hearted introduction to its
rural culture). Your overnight will be in Hanoi .

Day 3: Hanoi – Ha Long Bay - Deluxe Phoenix Cruiser (B,L,D)

8.00 – 8.30:Halong Phoenix Cruiser’s bus and guide will
pick you up at your hotel. On the way to Halong city, enjoy the journey
through the rich farmlands of the Red River Delta and the scenery of rice
fields, water buffalo and everyday Vietnamese village life.
12.15: Embark on Halong Phoenix Cruiser for welcome drink followed by a
cruise briefing. Enjoy a delicious seafood lunch while our cruiser heads to
the bay passing the beautiful limestone seascape.
15.15: VisitingAmazing cave, one of the most amazing caves in
Halong Bay. The two chambers that form this amazing grotto are decorated with
thousands of spectacular stalactite and stalagmite forms.
16.25 Enjoykayakingwith guideline around the fishing
village then return to the vessel for free time at your leisure. Fresh fruit
platter will be served on the sundeck.
17.45: Halong Phoenix cruises through the Bay to its overnight anchorage near
Luon Cave.
18.00: Cooking demonstration and discover the mystic recipes of the
Vietnamese cuisine.
19.00: Seafood set-dinner on board.
21.00: Enjoy evening activities – Movie Night, Board Games, Fishing or
karaoke program. Overnight on Halong Phoenix Cruiser.

8.00: Transfer to day trip boat to Gia Luan Dock – Cat Ba Island.
9.00: VisitThien Long cave. You will pass by prawn farming area owned
by locals. Get on small boat on the mangrove tree canal to approach Thien
Long cave with beautiful stalagmites and stalactites and listen to the
legend by our guide.
12.00: Have lunch on the bamboo restaurant with delicious local food and take
a rest in the absolute countryside.
13.30: Transfer toCat Ba Islandto check in hotel. In the
afternoon, you can relax, swim on Cat Co beaches to dump the beauty
connection between sea and mountain or just lie down on the beach looking at
sunset. Dinner is for your choice, enjoy taste of Vietnamese cuisine for
special or anywhere you wish for your favorite.

Day 5: Cat Ba Island – Ha Long Bay

8.00 – 8.15: Transfer to Gia Luan Dock.
9.00: Return to Phoenix Cruiser. The vessel cruises leisurely back to harbor.
11.00: Set menu lunch is served on board.
12.00: Disembark and transfer back to Hanoi.
16.00: Arrive in Hanoi. End of services.

Day 6: Hue – DMZ private tour –
Hue (B,L)

During Vietnam-American War, the Ben Hai River was the
demarcation line between North and South Vietnam . There was a Demilitarized
Zone of five km each side from the river. However the Southern area of DMZ
was one of the bloodiest battlefields. This tour to DMZ will take you back to
the war sites, including: Ben Hai River , Hien Luong Bridge , Vinh Moc
Tunnel, Khe Sanh Combat, Ho Chi Minh Trail, Dong Ha Town, and Rock Pile. Last
but not least, you will have a chance to visit Van Kieu ethnic minority to
learn about their daily life as well as their customs and habits. Return back
to your hotel late in the afternoon. Tour ends.

Day 7: Hue orientation – Danang –
Hoi An (B,L)

Your morning will be taken up by a cruise along the
Perfume River to the Thien Mu Pagoda, and then by road to the Royal Tombs of
Emperor Khai Dinh and Imperial Citadel. After lunch you will move to Hoi An
via Danang. Enjoy China Beach before heading to Hoi An. Arrive in Hoi An
ancient town check in your hotel

Day 8: Hoi An – Biking tour to Tra
Que vegetable village (B,L)

Depart at your hotel at 9:00 am, you will ride by bicycle
to Tra Que Vegetable Village , experience a day of living and working with
the local farmers in this village. A tour of the organic vegetable and herb
gardens can include some time working in the field if you like, or merely
observing and learning about the system and the fresh ingredients. Upon
returning to the house, we were all treated to an herbal foot massage followed
by a session of cooking various local dishes als such as : Tam Huu Spring
Roll, Banh Xeo or the local pancake of the people from the middle region.

Day 10: Hoi An – Danang – Ho Chi

You will be free in the morning until your car and driver
arrive to take you to Danang Airport for your flight to Ho Chi Minh City .
When you arrive, a private car will be waiting to take you to your hotel in
the city centre. After checking in, you will be free for a preliminary wander
around District 1. Your overnight will be in Ho Chi Minh City .

Day 11: Ho Chi Minh City – My Tho

2 hour drive ahead to My Tho helps you get away from Ho
Chi Minh bustling city. Transfer to small boat and then our boat trip start
around four beautiful Islets: Dragon, Unicorn, Tortoise and Phoenix on Tien
River . Through Xep canel to visit Mekong traditional houses at Quoi An
village (make all from coconut tree). See coconut collection set and how the
locals make handicrafts from coconut trunk and shell. Enjoy seasonal fruits
and listening to traditional music. Take the horse-cart on village path and
stop at Ben Truc orchard, taste honey with tea or wine. See bees-breeding in
wooden boxes at local farms. Have lunch at local restaurant before continuing
the drive to Vinh Long. Homestay in Vinh Long

You have a relaxing morning with
home breakfast. At 9:00 am, you are transferred to a local boat to enjoy Cai
Be – colorful floating market. Experience the daily life by a visit to
coconut candy workshop, taste the little brown sweets. Visit local houses to
learn the process of making rice cakes and pop rice. Have lunch at a local
restaurant. Transferred to the car, drive back to Ho Chi Minh City . End of
the tour at 5:30 pm.
