Tour itinerary:
Hanoi - Lao Cai Station – Sapa – Lao Chai – Ta Van – Sapa – Silver waterfall – Heaven gate - Overnight train back to Hanoi
Night 1: night train to Lao Cai Station

South Pacific Travel’s coach and guide will pick you up at your hotel and transfer you for the overnight train to Lao Cai Station. Enjoy the experience the romance of overnight train travel.

Transfer: Private AC coach hotel – railway station
Accommodation: 4 Soft sleeper in AC shared cabin

Day 1: Lao Cai Station – Sapa – Lao Chai – Ta Van (B, L, D)

We will take 1hr bus ride uphill to the beautiful town of Sapa. The ride gives you a glimpse of the stunning vistas and impressive rice terraces. Upon arrival in Sapa Town we have breakfast in local restaurant and take time to relax, enjoy Sapa pure asmostphere. Then, in the afternoon, prepare for a great trek down to the picturesque valley of Muong Hoa, we will walk on small paths and trails to reach Lao Chai and Tavan Village to visit the Tay and Day tribes , where we will have unique home stay experience among hill tribe people. Dinner and overnight in the local house.

Day 2: Ta Van – Sapa – Silver waterfall – Heaven gate - Overnight train back to Hanoi (B, L)

Sunrise breakfast, your car will take you back to Sapa town get ready for visiting Silver waterfall and Heaven gate. You have time to enjoy the beautiful landscape, and the fantastic view from Heavens gate. From there you can see the stunning views of the surrounding mountains and the lush forests belonging to Hoang Lien National Park. Here you will have a fantastic opportunity to view the magnificent scenery. Back to Sapa town for lunch then the time for you to be relax and discover Sapa town by yourself. Dinner is your choice and then coach will pick you to train station for overnight train back to Hanoi.

Day 3: Arrive back to Hanoi

You will arrive in Hanoi Station at around 5h30. Our tour finishes.

Return train tickets: Hanoi - Lao Cai – Hanoi (King Express train, A/C soft sleeper shared cabin).
Travel in an appropriate private air-conditioned vehicle and/or a Jeep with an experienced safe driver.
The services of experienced English-speaking guides as indicated in the itinerary.
Where necessary, entry fees for all visits as mentioned in the program.
