Day 1: Hanoi arrival

Arriving at Noi Bai airport in Hanoi , you will be met and
driven to your hotel. You willl have time to relax after your journey. In the
evening, you will have tickets for a performance of traditional Water
Puppetry (an art form unique to northern Vietnam , and an interesting,
light-hearted introduction to its rural culture). Your overnight stay will be
in Hanoi .

Day 2: Hanoi – Cooking class (B,L)
|
In the morning, you will be picked up from your hotel to
the restaurant where you will learn to cook some typical Vietnamese dishes
which represent the North of Vietnam. You will be driven to a market,
accompanied by the Chief and have a chance to buy or bargain as a local
people at a local market. When you come back the restaurant, Vietnamese
teacher will prepare and help you to cook your lunch. In the afternoon, your
time will be your own.

Day 3: Hanoi – walking around and
shopping – Lao Cai station (B,L,D)

You will have the whole day to explore Vietnam 's capital
city. Your guide will take you to the Temple of Literature , the first
university in Vietnam dating back to the 11th century, and a popular
attraction, as is Ho Chi Minh's Mausoleum . You will then drive to the
excellent Ethnology Museum for an overview of Vietnam 's 54 distinct
ethnic groups in anticipation of your trip to Sapa. After having dinner our
guide will pick you up at your hotel and transfer you for the overnight train
to Lao Cai Station. Enjoy the experience the romance of overnight train
travel.

Day 4: Lao Cai Station – Sapa –
Lao Chai – Ta Van – Sapa (B,L,D)

Upon arrival in Sapa Town , leave your luggage in hotel
and then have breakfast. Take time to relax, enjoy Sapa pure asmostphere.
Then, in the afternoon, soak your body, feel ready for a great trek down to
the picturesque valley of Muong Hoa . we will walk on small paths and
trails to reach Lao Chai and Tavan Village to visit the Tay and
Day tribes. Our car will take you back to Sapa for your overnight
stay.

Day 5: Sapa – Cat Cat – Sin Chai –
Lao Cai Station – Overnight train back to Hanoi (B, L)

Sunrise breakfast and then check
in your hotel, get ready for our last trek. You first sneak through the
market and leave the busy town behind. After a couple of minutes, you will
follow a road going down hill to Cat Cat village. You will stop by a
waterfall and a hydroelectric station. Take a rest here before you trek
downhill to get Sin Chai village. Enjoy beautiful scenery on the way
back to Sapa town for lunch. You will have free time to discover by yourself
in the afternoon. Dinner is for your choice. Back to hotel for shower and
then our car will transfer you to Lao Cai station for overnight train back to
Hanoi

Day 6: Hanoi arrival – Danang –
Hoi An (B,L)

You will arrive in Hanoi Station at around 5h30. You will
be transferred to hotel for frenshen up service. You will have free time for
shopping in the bustling Old Quarter of Hanoi or at your leisure before pick
up to the airport for a noon flight to Danang. Upon arriving in Danang, you
will have a brief look at the remarkable Hindu statuary in the Cham Museum
before leaving for Hoi An. Your overnight will be in Hoi An.

Day 7: Hoi An Rural life (B,L)
|
After breakfast feel ready to ride a bicycle to a
local farm in Tra Que village. You will take a trip around the vegetable
garden and join the farmers in preparing the land and fertilizing it
with seaweed from the local lake. Continuing doing some next steps such as:
raking the ground, sowing, watering greens, picking greens and many more
gardening activies. Your lunch will consist of many local delicacies
including ‘tam huu' spring roll, Banh xeo or local pancake of pepople's
middle region. After your lunch and the exertions of the morning, take an
even more traditional Vietnamese post-prandial nap before learning how to
harvest and wrap the vegetables. Around 15.00, bid farwell to your host
family before riding back to Hoi An, on the way back we will stop at Nhat
tomb and Ba Le well. The tour finishes at 16h00.

Day 8: Hoi An orientation (B)

The day will be free for strolling in the town, lazing on
the beach, or whatever takes your fancy. You will spend the night in Hoi An.

Day 9: Hoi An – Danang – Ho Chi
Minh (B)

After breakfast you will be relax until our car will come
and transfer to airport for afternoon flight to Ho Chi Minh city . Your
overnight will be in Ho Chi Minh City .

Day 10: Ho Chi Minh City – My Tho
– Vinh Long (B,L,D)

2 hour drive ahead to My Tho helps you get away from Ho
Chi Minh bustling city. Transfer to small boat and then our boat trip start
around four beautiful Islets : Dragon, Unicorn, Tortoise and Phoenix
on Tien River . Through Xep canel to visit Mekong traditional houses at Quoi
An village (make all from coconut tree). See coconut collection set and how
the locals make handicrafts from coconut trunk and shell. Enjoy
seasonal fruits and listening to traditional music. Take the horse-cart on
village path and stop at Ben Truc orchard, taste honey with tea or wine. See
bees-breeding in wooden boxes at local farms. Have lunch at local restaurant
before continuing the drive to Vinh Long. Homestay in Vinh Long

Day 11: Cai Be - Vinh Long – Ho

You have a relaxing morning with home breakfast. At 9:00
am, you are transferred to a local boat to enjoy Cai Be – colorful floating
market. Experience the daily life by a visit to coconut candy workshop, taste
the little brown sweets. Visit local houses to learn the process of making
rice cakes and pop rice. Have lunch at a local restaurant. Transferred to the
car, drive back to Ho Chi Minh City . End of the tour at 5:30 pm.
