Situated on the picturesque shore of Hanoi's largest lake, the Sheraton Hanoi Hotel is only 15 minutes from the city centre and 25 minutes from the airport. Accommodation

Hotel reflects its origins in an earlier stage of hotel development. The building is a monolith with few distinctive features to soften its appearance. As might be expected, the rooms are well appointed with high quality fixtures, fittings, soft furnishings and oversize beds.

Sheraton Hanoi Hotel boasts 299 spacious guest rooms, including 16 suites. A traditional-style décor with a local Vietnamese and French colonial influence, high ceilings, and large bay windows with spectacular views of West Lake give each room a warm, comfortable feeling.
Located on Levels 15 - 18, our Club Rooms and Executive Suites feature butler service and complimentary Internet access. Guests on our Club floors also enjoy access to the 24-hour Executive Club Lounge, located on Level 17. In the lounge you’ll enjoy continental breakfast, evening drinks and canapés, and refreshments throughout the day. Internet stations provide complimentary High Speed Internet Access and wireless Internet access is also available as well as a private meeting room.
Our Executive Suites provide more room to relax and work thanks to the spacious living room and extensive views of West Lake. The suites also feature king-sized Sheraton Sweet Sleeper(SM) Beds and marble bathrooms.
Great when traveling for business or pleasure, the two spacious Ambassador Suites and one Presidential Suite, located on Levels 17 and 18, all feature an outdoor terrace and separate living room with sofa and entertainment system.
Situated on Level 18, the Imperial Suite is our most prestigious suite. Handcrafted furnishings, convenient in-room amenities, and professional services have been orchestrated to create a truly memorable experience. A large plasma screen television is in both the living room and master bedroom, and a large dining table is ideal for entertaining.
All guests staying in our suites enjoy unlimited access to the Executive Club Lounge.

The Oven D’Or offers an informal and relaxed environment with an international buffet and á la carte menu, including European and Vietnamese specialties. Saturday and Sunday Champagne and Seafood Brunch are always the highlights of the weekend. (6h30-22h30)

Hemispheres is our signature restaurant that offers a creative and unique fusion of Vietnamese cuisine. The extensive menu includes an array of local and imported produced including seafood and signature dishes.
