Overview:

Sapa is an incredibly picturesque village, about 1,600 meters above sea level that is part of the Hoang Lien Son mountain range, 350 kilometers from Hanoi, near the Chinese border in North-Western Vietnam. You can not miss seeing the hill tribe people, their villages, rice terraces, lush vegetation and then there’s Fansipan, which at 3,142m is the highest peak in Vietnam and the last major peak in the Himalayan chain. The total population of around 40,000 consists mostly of minority groups. Excluding the Kinh people (15 per cent) who make up the majority of the Vietnamese race, there are five main ethnic groups in Sapa: Hmong (52 per cent), Dao (25 per cent), Tay (5 per cent), Giay (2 per cent) and a small number of Xa Pho.
 
Sapa is the mixture of cultures especially Hmong and Dao ethnic. With our trip you will learn more about how is the rice cultivating from when the seed sowed to harvested until being served as cooked rice on your dinner table as well as discover how they live, what they do and a little bit how they think. You will be attracted by colorful costume, the grace of Hmong and Dzao girl. Let ‘s us show you the beauty of cultures, let’s come forward, exploring, enjoying and remembering.

Night 1: Night train to Lao Cai Station.

Day 1: Lao Cai Station – Sapa – Lao Chai – Ta Van.

Day 2: Ta Van – Giang Ta Chai – Ban Ho.

Day 3: Ban Ho Sapa – Lao Cai Station – Overnight train back to Hanoi.

Day 4: Arrive back to Hanoi.
